He is the founder of CSO Mindset™, a strategic leadership philosophy created to refine executive thinking, strengthen decision-making, and restore internal authority in leaders under pressure.
Karim does not position leadership as a title or role. He defines it as a mindset, one built on clarity, ethics, and intentional action.
Karim Amen is a business architect and growth strategist who builds integrated ecosystems, not just companies. With a scientific foundation in neuroscience, quantum biology and systems thinking from The Evergreen State College, and 15 years of real-world execution across MENA, his approach to business is genuinely different.
He transformed a group of separate sister companies into Shark Group, a nine-company Holding cluster. Managing $19M+ potfolio in investments across, Project management, tourism, real estate developemnt, transportation and Marketing. He founded Buildix as a multidisciplinary development platform, and directed Soulferyo Resort, a landmark luxury Resort in Egypt’s Red Sea.
